Through contracts with the Salt River Landfill, the Cities of Mesa and Scottsdale and the Town of Gilbert each have residential landfill programs available to their citizens that allow them to use the landfill.  The garbage must be residentially generated from a home that has solid waste collections services, and cannot be from a business.  Residents of the three municipalities must bring a current, original utility bill and picture identification that matches the utility bill information.  Each has its own set of rules, so click on your city for specifics.    

Customers from other cities can use the landfill, but are subject to the established Tipping Fees.
